About Donon Regan

For more than 30 years, Donon Regan has been a thorough leader in lawyer marketing. He began his award-winning sales and marketing career in the most competitive law market in the country: Phoenix, Arizona.

In 1977, a federal law established in Arizona allowed lawyers to advertise for the first time. In 1984, Mr. Regan happened to be in the right place at the right time with the right product. He helped pioneer a new form of yellow pages to the Arizona legal market. His focus was helping lawyers solve their marketing problems.

In 1990, Mr. Regan recognized a marketing opportunity in the Professional Speaking Industry and Real Estate Sales Training arena. It was at that time he created the first "out of industry" corporate sponsorship program in real estate sales training and professional speaking. This was an enormous help to professional speakers like Tom Hopkins, Tony Robbins, and Zig Ziglar.

Donon Regan

In 1999, after 5 years of negotiating, Mr. Regan provided the first out-of-industry corporate partnership in continuing legal education through the Arizona State Bar. In 2004, he provided the first corporate partnership for professional health care providers at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. This was the first accredited event for health care providers on "Intuition." In 2006, Mr. Regan, with the help of Estate Planning Attorney Stan Byrd, produced the first corporate-partnered estate planning event in the nation to a packed house. The first event was so successful it was produced a second time with more great results.

After dealing with many incarcerations as a teenager that lead to years of major substance abuse problems, Mr. Regan searched and then discovered the primary cause of his addiction problems: his conditioned thought process. In 2008, he created One-Heart Vision, LLC from an approved pilot program he developed and conducted for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Rehabilitation Program Division directed at drug and alcohol addicted prison inmates. Mr. Regan's hypothesis: addicts who continued to relapse was primarily due to previous conditioning, an extreme lack of presence, and compulsively identifying with their thoughts! The "Power of Now" pilot program was a proven success.

Now in 2017, One-Heart Vision, LLC has joined forces with The Scottsdale Institute for Health and Medicine Center for Mindfulness to produce another pilot program to for the public. This training couldn't have come at a better time!

Mr. Regan attended the University of Tennessee where he studied Fine Arts and Psychology. A born artist, he has a painting in the Tennessee State Art Museum that was requested by Governor Ray Blanton in 1977.

Testimonials for Donon Regan and the "Power of Now" Prison Pilot Program for Inmates

I’m writing this letter with regards to, “The Power of Now” class. This class opened my mind for new happenings and a new light in my life. I now understand the beauty of being Present and in the Now. I want to thank you for coming to the Ellen Halbert Unit in Burnet, Texas and bringing us the spiritual knowledge you shared, Yours Truly, Kay

I was so excited to attend the class on the PON. Mr. Donon spoke to us and touched me so personally I couldn’t wait to sign up for the class. I had no idea how powerful this class was! 7 weeks later I learned so much it was overwhelming! I could relate to Mr. Donon’s story and thought he could give me the tools I needed to stop using drugs and not return to insane situations. Mr. Donon always breaks things down so we could all understand it. He taught these concepts on my level. He is so awesome! This class rocks! My goal was to find another tool to stay clean! Thank you so much Donon for your time. Thank you to the corporate sponsors and the author of PON, ~Trisha

I signed up for the class after you introduced it at church. I got goose bumps listening to you and immediately felt the PON class was my answer. It was the reason I went through all this hell. Since taking your class I have become fluid with time. I am not my past. I am now in acceptance of where I am. I have recognized the present and how to stay in the Now. I believe it is what has kept me from going unconscious. The more I practice being in the Now the more likely I will stay in it, thereby I will be more likely to stay clean and happy when I leave this place! ~Lori

I am glad I decided to take this class. It was a great relief to finally to go back to the past without pain and just see the facts. Also, to realize that the ego is the little voice in my head that wants to keep me down and now I know how to shut him down! I do live in the Now more than I thought I did, probably because I’m older than most of my classmates and by the experiences I’ve had have learned to appreciate today more than most. This class really reinforced I am on the right track to sobriety and it is showing me the way. When I find myself living in the past or future I can now wake myself up. I really had no idea what this class was about. I thought it was about how to appreciate today at a deeper level. I just happened to go to church the night you spoke to everyone. It was the only time I attended church since I have been here.  ~Cynthia

When I first got to class I thought this was a spiritual class to help me live each day. As I continued into this class I got confused and wanted to quit because I didn’t understand what to expect. I thought give it a chance. I’ve been a quitter all my life! I finally saw past my fears and didn’t quit. When I was little my life was out of a lot of things like hope, peace, life and myself. Now this class is teaching me I’m none of those things I used to be. The chapter that got to me was number 4 about dealing with the past. It was so hard for me to go through the pain of identifying with an abusive mother I really did not know for who she really was. This class took me from unconscious to conscious. So thank you Mr. D for you, your class and your support. I’m finally finishing something and learning about my life. You Rock Mr. D, ~Castania

For many year’s I’ve identified with my mind. Actually, it was all my life! Feeding the ego day in and day out. Creating a false sense of self in which I took my identity. I was searching for some kind of tangible identity or spiritual confirmation. From years of men, drug abuse to churches, religious functions, programs, seminars, meetings, etc. Obviously being here in prison I was not able to grasp what I was looking for. The Power of Now pilot program, I have to admit, I was very skeptical. Not knowing exactly what to expect. Through the first few weeks I began to follow more and more of your suggestions. Little by little I was able to dis-identify with the egoic mind. I was waking up and becoming conscious for the first time in my life! I quit trying to understand things logically. I just started watching. Watching the next thought without feeding it. Just letting it roll. I found in this course I no longer had to react. I just allow the thought to come and go. I no longer give power to the illusions of my mind. Therefore, I am learning how to diminish the ego, false self and live in the NOW. And in doing so I no longer have to search for anything. I already have it! Thank you sincerely Mr. Regan.  ~Penny

Before I started this class I was already labeling the book before I even read it! Being that I’m a born again Christian I was very paranoid about wrong teachings because I want to be a true follower of Christ. But I did not want to give up and kept coming to class. I was steadily battling with my ego mind that was trying to tell me all different kinds of stuff. I prayed to God to show me the purpose of this book. I can honestly say that since I surrendered my past, like the dramatic death of my daughter and a lot of other things I have tried to let go of on my own, I realized I had been letting my mind kill my inner being. I believe this class has helped me with my psychological problems. I now know my higher power wanted me to receive and learn this education. I know how to not let my ego get my spirit down. I am so glad I took this course. I have been blessed to received exactly what I needed to receive. It is awesome to be present and realize the false labels I put on myself for so long had such a negative impact on my addiction recovery. Not anymore! My higher power took me to this class and to you Mr. Regan! Thank you so much!  ~Tiffany

"I am a physician by profession. Before participating in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program, when an error would be made by one of our group's physicians, I would yell in frustration. A few weeks into the program, I became calmer, less reaction, and less upset by small things. One of my co-workers said to me "I can't get you upset anymore. What happened to you?" Coming from the perspective of a doctor, it was also heart-warming to see the change in the other participants of the program. For one, the pain which was both physical and emotional, almost entirely resolved. For the other, whose pain was more severe, she said at the end that although her pain was still there, she was now able to move through it and manage her life. It was remarkable!" -G.

"The course was not only career changing, but absolutely life changing." -Jackie Siefert, Director of Sales and Reservations, America West Airlines

"I took Paul's program because I had major surgery that was affecting my ability to be successful in my career as a pilates instructor. The surgery had caused a lot of muscle damage and I feared that my body would not heal.

Because of that and the substantial pain, I was experiencing a lot of stress which was making matters worse. It was causing stress into my relationships too. Fortunately a friend of mine told me about Paul's class and I decided to take it.

Since taking the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program, healing has accelerated to the point where I am now back to 90% of my original strength with the confidence that I can get back 100%. Because of this I no longer feel the panic that was associated with my condition. The pain has also gone away.

In addition to that, my relationships have improved dramatically and I can now "read" situations much more clearly. I feel more calmness, joy and confidence." -S.

"I feel calmer, more centered and more in control of life. I find myself being more accepting of what is happening in my life moment to moment." -Mary Smith M.Ed, M.C., RN

"I have practiced meditation on and off for over 25 years and always recognized its value, but was frustrated by my lack of discipline to sustain a daily practice. I felt drawn to meditation but it seemed ever elusive in how to actually adopt the practice. It seemed just out of reach until I met you. Since working with you, you opened a whole new world for me. I now honor a daily meditation practice. Most dramatically, I have an emerging natural awareness of choice in random moments that I did not have before the workshop. As a result, it has spared me from entering into negative emotional states that may have caused suffering to myself or others. I became so inspired by the change this work made in my life that I am now attending the teachers' training for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I intend to share what I have learned with others, both hospice professionals and clients, in service to making their journeys meaningful and filled with Light." - M.

"The course helped me achieve a state of calmness and alertness that transfers directly into my professional life. I'm better able to handle the daily stress of work, as well as the crisis situations without the physical and mental toll these events placed on me in the past." -Jo Lou Spleth, Advertising and Marketing Communications/APS

"I have always been convinced that everyday stresses affect our health. After taking the course, I am more convinced than ever. This is a very important program for anyone who wants to lower their risk of disease - including heart disease, cancers and even common colds. More importantly, by supporting our overall health, it allows us to experience life more fully." -Burt Webb, M.D.

"I would have never, in my wildest dreams, believed that a class so simple would change my life in ways that keeps on making me more alive, aware, productive and happy." -Donna Barrett Gilbert, Motion Picture Hair Stylist, Emmy Award Designer

"I took the class to enhance my athletic performance and got much more. My workouts take less effort with better results. The class had the same effect on my work. I am better equipped to think more clearly under the constant pressure of deadlines and have achieved higher levels of productivity." -Sue Berliner, Publisher of SWEAT, Competitive Athlete

"... in August, 1994 1 had several episodes of severe pain that were a direct cause of previous surgery and STRESS. This course has given me BACK awareness and the ability to see how stressful situations affect me. The miracle is not to turn it inwards. I am releasing and relaxing for the first time in many years." -Patti M.
